Welcome to LifeWorthee

So, What’s the Deal?

Ever find yourself completing very tedious and unending tasks that are a part of your everyday? Or even living in a way that feels unsatisfying or unfulfilling? Believe me when I say that many people feel this way and are sure to ask themselves, “How did I get here?”

At some point, we all hit a crossroad where we either settle for the life we have and make the best of it, and there is nothing wrong with that, or we begin searching for what’s next, looking for greater purpose and fulfillment.

If you are one of the latter, this may be a space, a community for you. LifeWorthee aims to explore what’s next and how to live by design. This is a space where we take a hard look at ourselves, accept ourselves fully, and use tools, resources, and support to choose and create the life we want to live.

Whether you are exploring a new path, learning and unlearning how to be in relationship with yourself and others, or looking to build habits that support an ideal lifestyle, LifeWorthee is a place where you can learn, explore, and create.

LifeWorthee blossomed once I began living life on my terms and making choices that ultimately supported my health, wellbeing, happiness, and lifestyle. Like all of us, I have experienced challenges and periods of unknowns, which often led me to the question of “How did I get here?” Then forcing me to evaluate the part I have played in creating the life I was enduring/existing in.

While nothing is perfect, I have learned quite a few things along the way. Building community, creating a loving relationship with myself, and creating boundaries to address my needs has truly allowed me to level up and find happiness in people, places, and things I never thought I’d experience.

Before the launch of LifeWorthee, I had a blog that focused on so many different topics. I found myself often gravitating toward creating resources, inspiration, and advice for others but truly had no clear vision. I later learned that was because I wasn’t clear on my own life vision and decided to take a break and rebrand.

I am just a person, a mom, a daughter, a friend, a working professional, and a free spirit who wants to crack this code called life, live it with intention, and make others’ lives better while doing it.

So stick around! Let’s make LifeWorthee choices together and create the life we always wanted!
